Orientation Programme
This is a department visit programme that allows newly hired white-collar employees to get to know the other departments and meet the employees there.
In-House Training Programme
These are mandatory training programmes on such topics as OHS and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001, 10002, 14001, 14064, 27001, 28000, 45001 and 50001) Personal Data Protection Law nr. 6698, Sustainability, Business Conduct Code, etc.
Personal Online Development Training Programmes
These are personal and professional development programmes organised in line with the personal development areas of white-collar employees and their specific job requirements.
Professional Development Training
These are external training courses given in the form of certifications, seminars and courses that employees can attend to grow professionally by increasing their knowledge and skills.
Management Trainee (MT) Programme
Our white-collar colleagues who joined us under the MT programme during the 3-month training and development and orientation programme receive training in many areas. At the same time, while gaining experience in the company’s departments, they get the chance to learn different business models and quickly adapt to the company culture.
